01

Start with a conversation

Share a high-level overview of your systems, retained history, and goals.

02

Coordinate delivery

Once an agreement is in place, we coordinate preparation and delivery of the approved dataset.

Before we begin

A few good
questions.

Which companies are a potential fit?

We focus on active companies with US or European operations, established teams, and several years of retained operating history. SaaS, healthcare, legal, financial services, and retail businesses may be a fit. Qualification depends on the available data and buyer requirements.

How does the up to $1 million offer work?

Qualifying operational datasets may be considered for licensing opportunities of up to $1 million. This is a potential licensing value, not a guaranteed payment or an automatic offer. The amount depends on buyer demand, data relevance, quality, history, approved scope, and the terms of a signed agreement.

Do we need a certain number of systems?

We are especially interested in connected histories across seven or more relevant systems, but software subscriptions alone do not establish usable datasets. We review the records, how much history is retained, and whether workflows connect across systems.

What should we share first?

A company overview, a high-level list of systems, and an approximate history are enough. Please do not send account credentials, sensitive records, or unrestricted data exports.

Can every record in our systems be licensed?

Holding a record does not necessarily give a company the right to license it for every use. Each opportunity requires a review of authority, relevant permissions, privacy exclusions, and the proposed scope before anything is shared.

What control do we keep?

We agree which systems, records, history, and fields are included; which restricted records and sensitive fields stay out; and the permitted purposes, access, retention, and delivery terms. Supplier profiles are presented to prospective buyers only with permission.

Can AI buyers bring specific requirements?

Yes. Share the industries, workflows, source systems, history, approximate volume, formats, quality requirements, and intended uses you need. We use that brief to qualify potential suppliers for discussion.
